The Global Leadership Summit Is Coming to Grants Pass August 7-8, 2025

Leaders and aspiring leaders across Southern Oregon are invited to
join a global community of leaders as River Valley Church once again hosts the Global
Leadership Summit on August 7–8, 2025.

Simulcast from the Chicagoland area, the Global Leadership Summit is world-class
leadership experience featuring a dynamic mix of thought leaders, real-world practitioners and
voices of vision and resilience.

For over 30 years, the Summit has equipped leaders to grow in
their influence and spark meaningful change in their teams, communities and beyond.
“At a time when strong, values-driven leadership is more important than ever, the Global
Leadership Summit offers practical tools and fresh perspectives that can empower anyone to lead
with clarity, compassion and courage,” said Pastor Michael Bahn.

This year’s faculty includes voices from business, sports, faith, entertainment and social impact.

Here are just a few of the world-class speakers:
● John C. Maxwell, leadership expert and bestselling author, will speak on how to bring
people together in a world that divides.
● Tasha Eurich, Ph.D., organizational psychologist, will share research on how to thrive
when resilience isn’t enough.
● Stephanie Chung, former Chief Growth Officer of Wheels Up, will share insights on
how to effectively lead teams made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds and
perspectives.
● Bradley Rapier, award-winning choreographer, will challenge traditional boundaries and
approaches to employee engagement.
● Gabriel Salguero, President of the National Latino Evangelical Coalition, will share how
to transform differences from a barrier to a source of strength.
● Juliet Funt, high-performance expert, will introduce her ‘strategic reduction’ mindset to
help eliminate overload and restore teams’ energy and focus.

The theme for GLS25, “Lead Where You Are,” reminds attendees that leadership isn’t about
title or position — it’s about influence. Whether you’re leading a business, a classroom, a
congregation, a team or simply yourself, you have the power to make a difference. The Summit
is designed for everyone from seasoned executives to emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, educators,
students, nonprofit professionals and faith-based teams.
Participants at the River Valley Church simulcast will join more than 60,000 attendees at host
sites across the U.S. and more than 250,000 people around the world who will experience the
Summit at events starting this fall.

Tickets are available now at GlobalLeadership.org. Early Bird pricing ends July 16.
