Careers in Gear is fast approaching! Join us Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Jackson County Expo for an immersive and impactful event with over 2,000 youth in attendance. Careers in Gear is not your typical job fair.

We invite you to bring employees with the hands-on, boots on the ground, most engaging jobs to share about to share about the career opportunities that exist right here in Southern Oregon. Build early awareness of your industry, showcase career pathways, and strengthen your talent pipeline for the future.
