Police identified today the man killed a Monday morning vehicle crash on Highway 199 at mile post seven near Grants Pass. 56-year old Todd Weinkauf of Cave Junction attempted to avoid a Dodge Ram van that had crossed over into his lane driven by David Hart. Hart’s vehicle and Weinkauf’s Ford Explorer collided side to side.
Weinkauf was pronounced dead at the scene.
