MIAMI (AP) - Miami can pull into a tie for the best record in the NBA Eastern Conference with a win at home over Sacramento tonight. The Heat would also need Houston to knock off Indiana to force a deadlock with the Pacers. DENVER (AP) - Phoenix tries to get back on the winning track when the Suns visit Denver tonight in NBA play. The Suns had their five-game winning streak snapped with a loss at home to San Antonio Wednesday. Phoenix goes into tonight's game just 2 1-2 games back of the Clippers for first in the Pacific Division. NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Anaheim skates into New Jersey tonight riding a six-game winning streak that has the Ducks two points back of Chicago for the best record in the NHL. Corey Perry has scored a goal in seven of the last eight games for the Ducks. CHICAGO (AP) - Chicago looks to hold onto its spot as the team with the top point total in the NHL when the Blackhawks host Vancouver tonight.
