There's optimism that improvement in home values being seen Nationally will be seen in Oregon as well this year. In November year over year prices show a 7.4% increase in housing values nationally. For all of last year prices were higher overall in Southern Oregon by almost 12%. Rogue Valley Association of Realtors Colin Mullane says from what they can see, the picture is good.
