The Grants Pass Police responded to a robbery that occurred at around 9:10 p.m. last night at the River City Grill and Rotisserie. In the commission of the robbery, the suspect pulled a gun and hit an employee in the head with a forearm. Patrons tried to intervene, but the suspect pointed his gun at them. Medford police arrested a man accused of robbing the pharmacy inside the West Main Street Albertson’s store Wednesday night. 32-year old Eli Richard Williams fit the description of the suspect, and was found walking along West Main at Reager Street when he was arrested. Medford police are looking for a man in his mid-30s to early 40s who robbed the Shilo Inn on Biddle Road in Medford Friday. At 10:25 p.m., a man armed with a knife entered the business and approached the lone clerk, and demanded money. No one was injured. The suspect left before police arrived.Read More »

Crown Market on Northeast “N” Street in Grants Pass was the scene of a robbery at 10:52 p.m. last night. A man came into the store, and asked for cigarettes, then pulled a gun from his waistband, demanding cash. The suspect escaped on foot after taking the money and cigarettes. The suspect is described as being between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-7 and 130 and 140 pounds. He appears to be in his 20s.Read More »

24-year old Daniel Craig Hlavinka Jr. of Grants Pass has been arrested on charges stemming from an April 24, 2012 home robbery that resulted in the shooting and wounding of Ronald Canepa Jr. A police investigation determined Hlavinka to be the shooter.Read More »
