A homeless man who said his medication for schizophrenia had been stolen from his backpack has been sentenced to the State Hospital for setting a fire that damaged businesses in the Ashland Plaza.
The Ashland Daily Tidings reports that 37-year-old Raymond Lee Wilson was found guilty except for insanity on a charge of arson.
