Portland School District, Teachers Have Impasse Of Their Own

Officials with Portland Public Schools have declared an impasse in contract negotiations with teachers. The Oregonian newspaper reports (http://is.gd/AvAQPX ) the announcement was made Wednesday morning at district headquarters.
