Salem police say an Oregon fugitive arrested in New Mexico is the second of two men facing murder charges in the ambush of a 32-year-old McMinnville man.
The Salem Statesman Journal (http://stjr.nl/17tJF7Z) reports that Andrew Entizne was found dead of gunshot wounds about 3 a.m. April 6 next to a car crashed into blackberry bushes.
Two weeks later, Salem police arrested 22-year-old Pedro Suarez, who's in jail, awaiting trial and also facing Illinois drug charges.
Salem Lt. Steve Birr says the Albuquerque gang unit arrested 39-year-old Frank Romero on Monday as he hid in an apartment.
Court documents quote Suarez as saying he was a lookout during the killing.
Police haven't described a motive for the ambush.
Entizne had convictions for assault and possession of a weapon by an inmate.
