News - Oregon Housing Trends

By admin Wed 4th September News
This week's Corelogic report shows stability in the housing markets which is being welcomed among the real estate market in Oregon. The Report shows home prices jumping almost 12 and a half percent in July from a year earlier with prices increasing now 17 months in a row. Rogue Valley Association of Realtor's Colin Mullane say the steady increase is what they've wanted to see. With low inventory and low interest rates Mullane sees further potential for continuing growth in the market.
