A traffic study required for expansion of 'Kids Unlimited' in Medford won't jeopardize a planned opening of a Charter School. What is expected to beome a 7-thousand square foot facility attached to the Kid's unlimited Building in the downtown corridor is requiring the study of traffic in the area. Kid's Unlimited executive director Tom Cole says it's all apart of their vision to serve inner city kids and doesn't impact their school opening at the end of August.
The new center to be built could generate more than 600 trips by car according to a report from the city resulting in the need for the study. Cole says a combination of their naivete and a lack of city officials understanding the need for the facility may have resulted in the requirement for the study.
