Two inmates who escaped from the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center are back in custody after breaking out Wednesday night some time around 11 p.m. The pair reportedly used bed sheets they tied together as a kind of rope to lower themselves from the third floor of the facility. Both were found within 25 minutes by police walking on Oak Strett and were returned to custody. One of the boys, now 18, was taken to the Jackson County Jail. Both face criminal mischief charges.
