Check Theft Suspect Now Facing Additional Charges

Nicholas Morris, already jailed on charges of attempting to cash a stolen check earlier, now faces further legal trouble. He’s accused of taking a US Postal Service containing 8 to 12 mail boxes on Tuesday the 19th from the 2700 block of Falcon Avenue. The container was later found at an address in the 3600 block of Avenue G. Morris now faces charges of theft, eight counts of mail theft and criminal mischief.
