Authorities in Port Orford say a human skull has been found beneath a trailer at a mobile home park, and investigators are trying to determine whether a crime was committed.
Police Chief Marvin Combs says that crime lab staff members from the State Police will be at the trailer park on Tuesday. He says they'll try to determine whether there are more body parts.
Combs says the owners of the park found the skull when they were moving a trailer on Monday.
He says police consider it a death investigation, and they aren't calling the site a crime scene.
