Crater High School in Central Point will remain closed until Tuesday, February 19th. Engineers recommended waiting because they thought they wouldn’t be able to adequately examine affected portions of the school in time to re-open tomorrow. Classes will resume Tuesday at their normal times and location, except for the Renaissance Academy, which will begin the day in the performing arts center. The Crater High campus suffered significant damage early Monday morning, due to a break in the water main.
