Congressman Says Oregon Will One Day "OK" Marijuana

Congressman Earl Blumenauer says he expects Oregon voters will legalize marijuana within the next decade. He told a town hall meeting Sunday in Portland that legalization is gaining momentum after the approval by voters in November in Colorado and Washington.
