Nike says it has not yet made a decision where to expand in Oregon.
A spokeswoman, Mary Remuzzi, said Thursday it's moving ahead with those plans now that the Legislature acted.
The state passed a law at a special session last month to freeze the tax structure for Nike for 30 years if it invests at least $150 million to create 500 more jobs.
The Oregonian reports that Nike is considering two locations - its headquarters at Beaverton and a site near downtown Portland.
