A 25-year-old man accused of kidnapping and killing a Gresham woman in October also faces charges of burglary and encouraging child sex abuse. A search warrant affidavit shows Jonathan Daniel Holt told investigators he had entered the apartment of 21-year-old Whitney Heichel (HY'-kel), taken an iPhone and used it as his own before she was abducted, sexually abused and killed. The affidavit also shows police found child pornography on hard drives they seized from Holt's backpack. The new charges were filed in Multnomah County. Holt pleaded not guilty Thursday. He is being held in Clackamas County on charges of aggravated murder, kidnapping, robbery and sodomy in Heichel's death. Associated Press
