Asante Hosting Emergency Preparedness Event

As a part of National Emergency Preparedness Month, Asante is holding a special event on the topic today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Asante has a new mobile emergency medical tent facility was on display, along with a new de-contamination trailer.

A demonstration is also performed using de-contamination equipment.

Emergency professionals are on hand for those in attendance to discuss what the public can do for emergency preparedness. That includes the making of so-called “go kits.”
