A Medford judge has granted an accused murderer's request for a new defense attorney. Bourne Huddleston, who is being held in the Jackson County Jail, said he did not feel he was receiving adequate representation from Michael Bertholf and wanted a different public defender.
The Mail Tribune reports that Berthold did not object to Huddleston's request.
