A suspected meth dealer from Talent is in Jackson County Jail. MADGE (Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement) conducted a search of a residence at 405 West Valley View Road. On Wednesday, investigators discovered meth, packaging, scales and drug records. 60-year old Christine Lee Peterson was arrested. A house at the corner of Mira Mar and Shannon Drive in Medford has been demolished. Rogue Valley Manor bought the property for $180,000 last year, and it was determined the house had been contaminated by meth residue. The property's former owner said a resident who once rented there made meth in the basement. In addition to the demolition, the foundation was pressure washed.Read More »
