A Medford woman who hosted a party at which a 14-year-old girl died after inhaling helium was arrested on a charge of tampering with a witness. Authorities accuse 28-year-old Katherine McAloon of attempting to get a witness to lie at her upcoming trial on charges of criminal mistreatment, delivery of marijuana to a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
