Memorial Day Observances Planned at Eagle Point National Cemetary

Flag displays, Scottish bagpipes, a rifle salute and a flyover are planned for Monday's Memorial Day observance at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The observance is scheduled to run from 11 am to 12 pm. Local artist Sheri Parker-Smith will sing the National Anthem.
