Gospel Rescue Mission "Love Bucket" Award
A “Love Bucket” gift of 15-hundred dollars is being presented today to the Medford Gospel Rescue Mission. The money will go for use in constructing a garden in front of the mission in what is now a parking lot. The mission’s Jason Bull says they will grow vegetables to be used in serving 90-thousand meals each year for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and become a model for self sufficient gardening. Bull says the fresh produce will not only produce food for the mission but a section will also be available for others to lease their own garden space.
