Demonstrators protesting plans to increase logging on state land have invaded the Oregon Capitol.

     A handful of demonstrators chained themselves together Monday in the offices of State Treasurer Ted Wheeler and Secretary of State Kate Brown.  About two dozen others sang songs, chanted and marched through the Capitol.
