Stabbing Lands Medford Man In Jail

Sunday morning at 5:43 a.m., Medford police responded to an incident at a residence on Boardman Street. Upon arrival, they found a 22-year old male who had been stabbed, and was suffering from non-life threatening injuries. The investigation found the victim and Michael Robert Fredenburg had been engaged in an altercation that culminated in Fredenburg allegedly stabbing the victim. Police later made contact with the suspect, and arrested him on assault charges. He is lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
