Pacific Power Increasing Reward For Metal Thieves

Pacific Power is increasing a reward they offering to catch metal thieves to $5,000. In recent days, the utility says seven power poles outside Grants Pass were cut down and the metal from the poles taken. The Oregon State Police say they are looking for a commercial truck driver responsible for hitting a pedestrian walking southbound on Interstate 5 near Roseburg at milepost 116. 31-year old Gabriel Ryan Johnson was critically injured when he was hit Thursday morning between two and tree.
