State Homeless Student Count Down, Remains Significant in Southern Oregon

Police identified today the man killed a Monday morning vehicle crash on Highway 199 at mile post seven near Grants Pass. 56-year old Todd Weinkauf of Cave Junction attempted to avoid a Dodge Ram van that had crossed over into his lane driven by David Hart.
